In September, our Journi Print app became the world’s most downloaded app in the photo book space. We’re now on a mission to keep it there, and need the support of a smart and ambitious UA manager to do so.
Join a market-leading start-up that is making it as easy to create beautiful photo products as it is to take the photos to begin with.
Own user acquisition across your markets / channels / platforms, scaling them in pursuit of the team’s monthly budget targets and ensuring Journi’s profitable growth
Use your analytical skills to continuously track, measure, and optimise our paid ads to achieve target conversion rates and ROAS
Think like a user and work closely with the wider marketing and media design team to create engaging ads for specific audiences
Be ready and hungry for additional projects that come up as part of life at a start-up, whilst maintaining a laser focus on the goals for paid ads
1-2 years experience working with paid channels in app advertising (the more knowledge you have about a specific channel, the better: quality beats quantity!)
You’re drowning in common sense and have the confidence to act on it
You believe that “done is better than perfect”
You possess both strong analytical capabilities and creative flair
You’re constantly learning, asking questions, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed - we want to grow not just as a company, but as individuals!

Experience working in a startup environment
Successful experience growing one of the US, UK, or Australian markets
Multiple languages are always useful, especially if you can speak Polish, Italian, or Spanish

- A fair annual gross salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement, ranging from €44,800 to €54,600. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications amongst other factors.
